New ABS tool addresses cultural factors

ABS Group launched Cultural Cause Analysis (CCA), a next-gen root cause analysis methodology and risk management tool which maps process safety incidents aiming to eliminate cultural hazards.

Port of Zeebrugge unveils digital tools ahead Brexit

Belgium’s Port of Zeebrugge unveiled two tools to allow a fluent flow of cargo to and from the UK, in view of the extra customs administrations which will be implemented after the Brexit deadline. StormGeo, DNV GL join forces on fleet performance management

PSC Focus: Paris MoU detentions during 2017

During 2017, Paris MoU conducted 17,920 PSC inspections which led to 685 detentions (detention rate 3.82%). 40,414 deficiencies were reported from which 3,680 led to a detention (9.11% of total).
