The UK rolled out the Oxford vaccine yesterday amidst new lockdown measures and the possible uncertainty of vaccine affectivity on a newly emerged South African Strain of the coronavirus.

According to a Guardian report, the Oxford vaccine rollout plan has been changed over  concerns regarding giving millions the  first jab with a wait of up to 12 weeks for the second dose.
