Kalitta Air pilots ratify four-year contract

Kalitta Air pilots on Tuesday ratified a new collective bargaining agreement, which the Air Line Pilots Association says significantly improves retirement benefits and working conditions.

The four-year labor contract covers more than 800 pilots with the Ypsilanti, Michigan-based airline. The previous contract became amendable on Dec. 20.

Amazon partner ABX Air reaches labor peace with pilots

Pilots at ABX Air, which flies express cargo routes for Amazon Air and DHL Express, have ratified a new six-year contract.

Parent company Air Transport Services Group (NASDQ: ATSG) announced Wednesday that the airline division of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters had finalized the collective bargaining agreement.

Atlas Air gives pilots pay increase on heels of Q1 growth

Contract cargo airline and aircraft lessor Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings beat analyst expectations with adjusted net income of $29.9 million, or $1.15 per diluted share, and total revenue of $644 million in the first quarter due to strong demand for its charter service and higher airfreight rates due to transport scarcity caused by the coronavirus.
