Ballpark to be created at Port of Portland’s Terminal 2

Port of Galveston to have new cruise terminal

The Port of Galveston announced on December 5 that it signed an MOU with Royal Caribbean Cruises for the development and operation of a new cruise terminal. The new facility is expected to start operations in fall 2021.

Dredging project agreed for port of Guayaquil

First steel arrives for Port of Canaveral’s new cruise terminal

The waterside construction at Port Canaveral’s new Cruise Terminal 3 has started and a new 1,309-foot-long berth will soon take shape with the arrival of the first steel for the bulkhead wall.

Rail infrastructure to be built at Port Botany’s container terminals

EIB approves EUR 195 million for Ports of Rome and Lazio upgrade

The European Investment Bank (EIB) has approved a loan of EUR 195 million to support the upgrade of the Italian Ports of Rome and Lazio as per the Port Authority’s multi-year investment plan. The approved loan will cover the financing of the extension of the Port of Civitavecchia, about 60 km north-west of Rome, and the construction of a new seaport for freights and passengers in Fiumicino, 20 km west of the capital.
