Omnichannel fulfillment provider Stord has acquired Ware2Go, an on-demand warehousing and fulfillment network, from UPS, the companies announced on Monday.

Accounting change, higher labor costs drive $3.3B Postal Service loss

U.S. Postal Service results took a turn for the worse in the second quarter, with net loss more than doubling to $3.3 billion from $1.5 billion year over year, primarily due to accounting adjustments for mandated workforce benefits. DHL to close Southern California warehouse, lay off 346

The contract logistics unit of DHL will lay off 346 workers and close a distribution center in Ontario, California, by the end of August, according to a notice the company filed with California’s Employment Development Department.
