PS Logistics announced that its subsidiary, Blair Logistics, has acquired flatbed carrier Fluker Transportation.

Hammond, Louisiana-based Fluker provides flatbed and heavy-haul transportation to the construction and military defense markets throughout the U.S. Southeast.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Fluker’s drivers and employees will operate under the Blair Logistics banner.

PS Logistics said Monday its subsidiary Diamond State Trucking has acquired flatbed operator Yordy Transport.

PS Logistics acquires flatbed segment from ELS

PS Logistics announced Wednesday that one of its subsidiaries acquired the flatbed fleet of ELS, which includes more than 90 tractors and over 240 over-length trailers.

Kenly, North Carolina-based ELS is a 15-year-old carrier mostly hauling steel, lumber and building products. ELS will retain and continue to operate its heavy-haul and intermodal segments. PS Logistics subsidiary P&S Transportation announced Tuesday it has acquired Jacksonville, Florida-based asset-based trucking and brokerage Rinaudo Enterprises.
