Sinopec’s Hainan Refinery Delivers First Low-Sulphur Bunker Fuel Cargo

In a recent development, Sinopec Corp’s subsidiary refinery has announced that they have delivered their first shipment of low sulfur bunker fuel that meets IMO standards in the southern island province of Hainan, reports Reuters.
