Hong Kong’s Sun Ferry takes delivery of new diesel-electric fast ferry

Hong Kong-based ferry operator Sun Ferry has taken delivery of Xin Ming Zhu 30 a new, state-of-the-art 35-meter diesel-electric ferry.

Designed by Incat Crowther and constructed by Guangzhou-based shipbuilder AFAI Southern Shipyard, it is the third vessel to join a fleet of seven new vessels designed by Incat Crowther for Sun Ferry.

Incat Crowther to design new all-electric cargo transfer vessel

Singapore’s marinEV, a business of Yinson GreenTech, has commissioned Incat Crowther to design an ultra-efficient, all-electric light cargo transfer vessel.

The vessel, Hydromover 2.0, will transport light cargo such as stores, food and maintenance items, to vessels anchored in the Singapore Strait, waiting to dock at the Port of Singapore.

Senegal operator commissions new fast supply vessel

Oil Senegal Support Services (O3S), a homegrown Senegalese operator set up to support servicing the country’s emerging offshore energy sector, has commissioned Incat Crowther and Penguin International to design and construct a new 36-meter fast supply vessel (FSV).
