Ventus Marine orders Z-bow hulled CTV quartet

Singapore-headquartered Ventus Marine, a subsidiary of PSA Marine, has signed a contract with aluminum shipbuilder Strategic Marine for the construction of four BMT-designed 27-meter Z-bow hull crew transfer vessels (CTVs).

BigLift brings 11 Damen tugs from Asia to Europe on one ship

Putting the big into BigLift, Spliethoff Group’s heavy lift specialist BigLift Shipping has used a single vessel to transport eleven Damen tugs from the shipbuilder’s yards in Vietnam and China to Europe.

W&O in three-year valve supply agreement with Vard

Leading maritime industry valves, actuation and instrumentation supplier W&O has reached a three-year supply agreement with Norway-based ship designer and builder Vard, a member of the Fincantieri Group. Bibby Marine places order for world’s first zero-emission eCSOV
