STX receives AiP from LR for LNG-fuelled 50k dwt MR tanker

13 November 2018 – Lloyd’s Register (LR) has presented STX with approval in principle for a 50k dwt MR tanker design capable of using LNG as a fuel. This development is the result of close collaboration between STX and LR.
