Search for Lower-Carbon Fuels Beyond IMO 2020

The search is on for cleaner alternatives to high sulfur fuel oil to keep marine world sailing, as the International Maritime Organization enters a phase of curbing sulphur emissions more firmly, reports Platts Insight.

Speed Made Headlines Both Inside and Outside IMO

Global Shippers forum is against slow steaming

The Global Shippers Forum (GSF) commented on ITF’s Transport Outlook 2019, noting that sustainable solutions to the environmental challenges faced by global shippers need to be found, without stifling economic development.
