US Navy deploys marine mammal monitoring system

The US Navy is deploying an underwater acoustic sensor system to detect and track marine mammals that might be approaching Navy testing ranges, enabling Navy personnel to avoid potentially injuring the animals.

RMI to issue DMLC Part I in electronic format only

Starting from 24 February 2020, the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) Maritime Administrator will issue the Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance Part I (DMLC Part I) in electronic format only. An original hard copy will no longer be provided.
