Συμφωνία SOCAR και Snam με στόχο τη βιώσιμη ενέργεια

Η ιταλική Snam και η κρατική εταιρεία ενέργειας του Αζερμπαϊτζάν SOCAR υπέγραψαν πρόσφατα συμφωνία για τη μεταξύ τους συνεργασία και ανάπτυξη του RNG και τη χρήση βιώσιμης ενέργειας.

Σε συνεχή άνοδο οι εξορυκτικές δραστηριότητες της SOCAR

SOCAR και BP ανακοίνωσαν την έναρξη της εξόρυξης από το οικόπεδο Shafag-Asiman στη θαλάσσια περιοχή του Αζερμπαϊτζάν, στην Κασπία Θάλασσα. Οι δύο εταιρείες συμμετέχουν κατά 50% στο έργο, το οποίο προβλέπει την εξόρυξη σε βάθος 7.000 μ. σε χρονικό ορίζοντα εννέα μηνών.

APM Terminals divests Izmir terminal

APM Terminals has completed the divestment of its Izmir container terminal to Azerbaijan’s state oil company SOCAR, Maersk told Trend.

APM Terminals has decided to divest its container terminal in Izmir, Turkey, to its current partner, SOCAR as it is better suited to further develop the terminal, according to Maersk.

Container terminal in Izmir changes hands

APM Terminals have reached agreement to divest its container terminal in Izmir, Turkey to its current partner SOCAR.

As part of the sales agreement, APM Terminals will continue managing the terminal, ensuring that needs from both Shipping Lines and Landside customers are catered for.

The sale is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to finalize in the coming months. In the new structure, the operating company of Petlim will be fully owned by SOCAR Turkey, and managed by APM Terminals.
