According to maritime authorities, a cargo ship off Yemen in the Gulf of Aden was attacked in unclear circumstances, reports Global News.

Chemical Tanker Allegedly Hijacked But Situation Unclear

According an article published in the Maritime Bulletin, a chemical tanker AEGEAN II allegedly was boarded and hijacked by armed men in Somalia waters on Aug 19.  The tanker was en route from UAE to Mogadishu, Somalia.
