SSA Marine unveils first zero-emission equipment at San Diego Port

SSA Marine, one of the world’s largest independent marine terminal operators, has unveiled the inaugural zero-emissions cargo handling equipment at the Port of San Diego’s Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal. This marks the first of six pieces scheduled for introduction over the next 12 to 18 months.

Jaxport welcomes largest container ship to call

The Jacksonville Port Authority on Tuesday celebrated the largest vessel ever to call the Florida port. 

The container ship, One Stork, has a carrying capacity of 14,000 twenty-foot equivalent units. Previously the largest ship to call Jaxport had a capacity of 11,923 TEUs.

Seattle port operator tackles congestion with new container storage fee
