Innovative LNG Carrier To Carry LNG From US To Japan

A new generation 180,000-m3 LNG carrier under construction for a joint venture between Japan’s JERA and NYK Line was christened at Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Co, writes John Snyder for an article published in LNG World Shipping.

Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Christens Sayaringo STaGE LNG Carrier

Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., a Group company of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) based in Yokohama, christened a next-generation “Sayaringo STaGE” LNG carrier, the Diamond Gas Sakura, reports APN News.
