Kalmar secures new order for straddle carriers from Tropical Shipping

Kalmar has inked an agreement to provide international cargo and logistics operator Tropical Shipping with three Kalmar diesel-electric straddle carriers.

The order was booked in 2022 third quarter order intake of Cargotec, the mother company of Kalmar, while the delivery of the equipment is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.

Kalmar has concluded agreements to supply American cargo and logistics operator Tropical Shipping with two Kalmar Gloria reachstackers and three Kalmar diesel-electric straddle carriers.
