Virginia Port’s newly expanded central rail yard is now fully operational, marking the successful completion of a project that enhances the port’s rail capacity to 2 million TEUs annually.

Virginia prevails over Georgia and North Carolina for FreezPak Logistics new cold storage facility

Governor of Virginia, US, Glenn Youngkin announced that FreezPak Logistics, a provider of full-service cold and dry storage services, is investing US$77.5 million to construct a 23,000m² cold storage facility in the City of Suffolk to serve the Mid-Atlantic region via the Virginia port.
