Oslo-headquartered Havfram AS has signed a contract with Iberdrola for the installation of 21 Siemens Gamesa wind turbines at the Windanker project in German Baltic Sea waters. ABS has issued its approval in principle (AIP) to China’s Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Ltd. for its design of a heavy-duty, methanol dual-fueled WTIV (wind turbine installation vessel).
