India’s imports of liquefied natural gas experienced a decrease in January 2019. As data from oil ministry’s Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) address, the imports reached 2.13 billion cubic meters, 11.6% below the same month in 2018.
Specifically, although India’s imports showed a small increase in December 2018, as the country reached a rise of 4.7% year-on-year, January’s imports dropped.
