Container Shipping Major Adds Congestion Surcharge in China!

Ocean Network Express announced reefer containers to be discharged at an alternative port without prior notice.
Due to shortage of reefer plugs availability, ONE may adjust the transportation plan for reefer shipments to Xingang (Tianjin) and Shanghai.
ONE has also decided to apply a congestion surcharge (CGD) of US$1,000 per container to cover additional costs with immediate effect.
