The family of missing Indian Seafarer Pankaj Kumar has sought Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s intervention in the matter. Mr. Kumar has been missing from 6 September 2021. The family has previously tried getting in touch with the local MP but has not yet received a response.
Pankaj hailed from Chaunta village in Gurudaspur district of Punjab. He was the second engineer and had been employed on MV Tampen, a merchant vessel.
