The report, titled “Social Impact Report” by Idwal, a British company specializing in ship inspections, evaluates ten key aspects of seafarers’ well-being, such as accommodation, connectivity, health, and recreation. It highlights substantial gaps between industry promises and the actual conditions experienced by crew members.
