eeSea reveals a more in-depth probe into liner schedule reliability

Copenhagen-based eeSea has developed a platform designed to accurately gauge the on-time performance of liner services, as well as the standard of dispatch vessels receive at their ports of call.

Zim tops liner shipping’s punctuality list

Zim Integrated Shipping was the most punctual carrier in 2019 with 65% of its services arriving on time, a full 7% ahead of second placed Evergreen who were closely followed by Maersk on 58%. Hapag Lloyd, Wan Hai and ONE were the least reliable, with ONE achieving on-time arrivals in just 27% of services.
