CTMA VOYAGER: Στη Χαλκίδα κατέπλευσε το νέο απόκτημα της AINAFTIS Ν.Ε.

Στα ναυπηγεία της Αυλίδας στην Χαλκίδα βρίσκεται από τις 12 Μαρτίου 2020, το νέο απόκτημα της AINAFTIS Shipping Co (συμφερόντων Καλιμασσιά) το RORO CTMA VOYAGER, προερχόμενο από το Μόντρεαλ του Καναδά.

Το πλοίο αγοράστηκε στις αρχές του Φεβρουαρίου 2020 και απέπλευσε από τον Καναδά στις 22 του ιδίου μήνα. Αναμένεται να πλαισιώσει στο Αιγαίο το ομόσταυλο ΠΕΛΑΓΙΤΗΣ. Προηγουμένως, όμως, θα υποστεί τις απαραίτητες εργασίες αναβάθμισης και συντήρησης.

APM Terminals Itajaí marks record in first year of ro-ro operations

As APM Terminals Itajaí, Brazil released more than 31,000 vehicles in September, celebrating its first year on ro-ro operations; The terminal achieved a productivity record, unloading 961 vehicles from the American Highway ship at 05.40 on September 7.

Finnish Ministry: Reforms on vessel safety almost complete

The Ministry of Transport and Communication of Finland announced that the legislative reform concerning the safety of passenger ships will be completed once the related decrees are specified and clarified. Amendments will be made to the Decree on Inspecting Foreign Vessels in Finland.

The Decree on Ensuring Safety of Ro-Ro and High-Speed Passenger Vessel Transport will be repealed. Already at an earlier stage of the reform, the contents of the Decree were included in the related Act.

Φωτιά ξέσπασε στο Ro/Ro Grande Europa κοντά στην Μαγιόρκα.

Συγκεκριμένα, οι ισπανικές υπηρεσίες έκτακτης ανάγκης απομακρύνουν το πλήρωμα του ιταλικής σημαίας πλοίου μεταφοράς οχημάτων Grande Europa της Grimaldi Lines, στο οποίο ξέσπασε σήμερα φωτιά ενώ βρισκόταν 25 μίλια νότια της πόλης Πάλμα της Μαγιόρκας, στην Ισπανία, αναφέρουν οι υπηρεσίες αυτές σε μήνυμά τους στο Twitter.

Την απόκτηση του Ro/Ro ANGLIA SEAWAYS της δανέζικης DFDS ανακοίνωσε χθες επίσημα το Attica Group. Το πλοίο αγοράστηκε έναντι 12,05 εκατ. ευρω τοις μετρητοίς και θα καλύψει τις αυξημένες ανάγκες –σε φορτηγά- που έχουν δημιουργηθεί σε Κυκλάδες και Δωδεκάνησα.

Πρόκειται για ένα πλοίο που έλειπε από τον στόλο του και που θα έπρεπε να είχε αγοραστεί από καιρό. Το πλοίο αναμένεται να παραδοθεί μέχρι της 5 Ιουλίου και διαθέτει τις κατάλληλες διαστάσεις και προδιαγραφές προκειμένου να εκτελέσει...
