Hamburg-based box line Hapag-Lloyd has announced new peak season surcharges for shipments destined for North American ports.
The German company will apply a new peak season surcharge from Indian Subcontinent & Middle East to North America for cargo transported in 20’ and 40’ dry, reefer and special containers, including high cube equipment.
The surcharge will apply to all containers gated in full from 17 June and will be valid until further notice.
