German ocean carrier Hapag-Lloyd has announced a General Rate Increase (GRI)/General Rate Adjustment (GRA) from four Indian ports to the US East Coast, as well as from Pakistan to the United States and Canada.
Effective for cargo transported in 20’ and 40’ dry, reefer and special containers, including high cube equipment, the updated rates will be effective from 15 June until further notice.
The GRI has been set at US$1,500 per container.
